general philosophy toward education.
September
marks the beginning of the fifth school year for The Learning Station Preschool! We look forward to playing a key
role in your child's first educational experience. We strive to provide a "home away from home" atmosphere where
your child feels comfortable while learning.
OUR STAFF
The Learning Station Preschool was founded
by two sisters; Lisa Childers (Director/Certified Teacher), who has taught in the elementary school system for ten years and
specializes in early childhood
and Laura Bukowski (Administrator/Teacher's Aide), who also has several years of early childhood experience and holds
a degree in paralegal studies. We strive to meet the developmental needs of three, four, and five-year-old children.
The programs are structured for each particular age group. We strive to instill positive self-images, social skills,
gross and fine motor skills, and excellent "hands-on" learning to both age groups.
Ms. Laura helps a student at our computer station as Ms. Lisa helps another
with his letters!
